Terms & Conditions


Up-A-Creek Robotics (UACR) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for any reason.

In the event that a student is no longer able to attend due to a change in schedule initiated by UACR, a full refund will be given.  Student may cancel a registration up to 1 week before the start of the class and receive a refund equal to the full price of the class.  Cancellation of a class less than 1 week prior to the start of the class will receive a refund equal to one-half the full price of the class. Cancellation of a class after the start of class is not eligible for a refund.

Participation in a class is not confirmed until both full payment is received and all registration forms are received by UACR.  UACR reserves the right to deny registration to any student.  In such an event, if the registration is canceled before the class begins, UACR will refund the full price of the class.  UACR reserves the right to dismiss a student from a class for any reason, including, but not limited to, behavioral issues.  In the event a student is dismissed from class, a pro-rated refund will be given based on the number of days the student completed (for purposes of this clause, a day will be considered "completed" as soon as student checks in at the UACR facility) but in no case will the refund be more than one half the price of the class.

All decisions by UACR are final.  Purchasing of any class implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
